Board of Directors

Srimatha Mahila Sahakari Bank is governed by a Ten (10) member Board of Directors (BOD) comprising of a President, Vice-President and 8 non-executive directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for the formulation of the Institution’s overall strategy and the monitoring of the operational activities of the bank. The Board of Directors is made up of renowned businesswomen, seasoned professionals, Ex Bankers, Chartered Accountants and dedicated social workers who have significant accomplishments in their various fields of endeavour.
